摘 要:信息化时代,组织具有敏捷学习的能力将是未来竞争中的制胜法宝。结合已有的研究成果,基于敏捷性理论的视角构建了一个跨层次组织学习动态过程理论模型——包括信息获取、直觉解释、互动整合、行动反思及制度化五个环节,以及个人、团队和组织学习三个层面。通过运用企业数据采用结构方程进行实证检验,研究结果显示,信息获取、行动反思及制度化对学习敏捷性具有非常显著的正向影响关系,直觉解释和互动整合对学习敏捷性具有显著的负相关影响。In the information age, the ability of agile learning is the key for the organization in future competition. Based on the existing literature research, this paper constructs a cross -level and dynamic processes model of organizational learning from agile theory perspective. It consists of five steps, information gaining, intuiting and interpreting, interacting and integrating, acting and reflecting and institutionalizing. In addition, it consists of three levels, individual learning, team learning and organizational learning. And then, it examines the theoretical model by using structural equation modeling. The research results showed that information gaining, acting and reflecting, and institutionalizing have positive impact on agility of organizational learning. However, intuiting and interpreting, interacting and integrating have negative impact on agility of organizational learning.
