面弓转移在多颗后牙游离缺失修复中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨临床应用吉尔巴赫面弓转移技术获得咬合信息对多颗后牙游离缺失进行活动修复的效果。方法对33例多颗后牙游离缺失的患者制取模型，采用面弓转移技术获得咬合信息，制作活动修复体，T—Scan咬合分析仪检查咬合。结果所有修复患者咬合关系良好，患者对修复效果满意。结论采用面弓转移上颌的三维空间位置采集咬合信息来进行多颗后牙游离缺失的活动义齿修复，是一种比较好的辅助修复方法。Objective To investigate clinical application of GIRRBACH face - bow transfer technology in distal extension removable partial dentures. Methods Models were made for 33 patients with distal extension removable partial dentures. Occlusal information was received to make active restoration. Occlusiou was examined using T - Scan occlusal analyzer. Results Occlusion was good and patients were satisfied with effects of restoration. Conclusion Occlusal information is used for distal extension removable partial dentures,which is a good aided restoration method.
