品管圈在提高低年资护士静脉穿刺成功率中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨品管圈活动在提高低年资护士静脉穿刺成功率中的作用。方法按照目标设定-组建品管圈-现状调查-数据收集整理-原因分析-对策制定-对策实施-评估及下步打算的循环式开展活动，对活动前后的低年资护士静脉穿刺成功率和患者满意度进行比较。结果与开展品管圈活动之前比较，低年资护士的静脉穿刺成功率得到了明显的提升（P〈0．01），病人满意度也得到了大幅提高（P〈0．01）。结论通过品管圈活动能较快地提高低年资护士静脉穿刺成功率。Objective To explore the application of Quality Control Circle （QC）for improving success rate of venipuncture among junior nurses. Methods A QC was set up. The circle was consisted of goal setting,QC construction, present situation investigation, data collection and arrangement, cause analysis, plan development, plan implementation and evaluation. Success rates of venipuncture and degree of satisfactions among junior nurses were compared before and after QC. Results Success rates of venipuncture and degree of satisfactions were both significantly higher than those before QC （P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusion The success rate of venipuncture can be increased faster by QC.
