摘  要:从大庆不同利用类型的盐碱土地区取土样,经驯化、分离筛选出两株高效耐盐菌,分别命名为A和B。经形态特征观察、生理生化试验、扫描电镜观察和16S r DNA鉴定得知,菌种A为脱氮嗜盐芽孢杆菌(Virgibacillus halodenitrificans strain DSM 10037),菌种B为咸鱼芽孢杆菌(Piscibacillus salipiscarius strain RBU1-1),均为芽孢杆菌属。经过单因素试验,得出A、B的最适生长条件均为温度30℃,pH 7-9,盐浓度20%,这将为以后该地区微生物资源开发利用提供理论依据。Soil samples, collected from different types of saline-alkali soil of Daqing, China, were cultivated, isolated and screened. Two effective salt-tolerant bacteria strains named as A and B were obtained. The results of physiological and biochemical tests, microscopy scanning and 16 S r DNA identifation showed that the strain A was denitrogen and halophilic Bacillus(Virgibacillus halodenitrificans of strain DSM 10037). Strain B was salted fish Bacillus(Piscibacillus salipiscarius strain RBU1-1). Both of them were belonged to Bacillus spp. Results of one-factor test showed that the optimal temperature, pH,and salt concentration of the A and B were 30 ℃,7-9, and 20%, respectively. It will provide theoretical basis for developing and utilizing microbial resources in this region.
