摘  要:运用冷冻切片、显微观察及显微照相的方法,对阴香[Cinnamomum burmanni(Nees et T.Nees)Blume]的茎结构进行了解剖研究。结果表明,阴香茎由周皮、皮层、韧皮部、木质部以及髓部5部分组成。茎横切面生长轮不明显,韧皮纤维发达,散孔材,管孔排列方式多为径向复管孔或孔团,管孔壁薄,平均厚度为4.04μm±0.58μm,平均弦向直径为7.64μm±2.57μm,导管平均数为(432.30±134.21)个/mm2。角质层厚薄不均,平均厚度为21.91μm±20.36μm。木射线为异形单列和异形I型。The structure of Cinnamomum burmanni(Nees et T. Nees) Blume stem was observed in detail by using freezing microtome section method and light microscopy. The results showed that the C. burmanni stem was composed of five parts including periderm, cortex, phloem, xylem and pith. The wood of C. burmanni was diffuse-porous and the growth rings were not obvious. The phloem fiber was developed. The arrangement of pore was radial alignment with multiple pore or pore cluster. The average tangential diameter of Vessel elements was 7.64 μm± 2.57 μm with the thickness of 4.04 μm± 0.58 μm. The average number of vessel elements in per square millimetre was 432.30 ±134.21. The average thickness of cuticle was 21.91μm± 20.36 μm, elements of wood are not storied. The wood ray was heterogeneous I or uniseriate ray.
