摘 要:选择60头可乐猪为试验对象,分成全舍饲组和半放牧半舍饲组进行育肥性能测定。体重达到100kg左右后,每组选择3头屠宰,进行胴体品质测定。结果表明,相对于全舍饲饲养,半舍饲半放牧的饲养方式下可乐猪的日增重少157.9 g,100 kg出栏日期延迟20 d,料肉比低12.24%;半舍饲半放牧模式对可乐猪胴体品质无明显影响,并且使可乐猪屠宰率、大理石纹评分、滴水损失和熟肉率等指标有所改善和提高。60 Kele pigs were randomly individed into two groups including whole barn feeding and semi grazing feeding to study growth performance. The carcass quality indices were measured for three animals in each group when the weight was at100 kg. The results showed that the daily gain in semi grazing feeding group was 157.9 g lower than that of the whole barn feeding group. The output time of 100 kg was delayed for 20 d. The feed conversion of pigs in semi grazing feeding group reduced 12.24%. The carcass test showed that there was no significant difference between the two feeding models but the slaughter rate, marbling, drip loss and cooked meat rate of individuals in semi grazing feeding group was improved.
