摘　　要：科技型中小企业由于高风险、信息不对称,融资渠道单一、缺乏融资对接渠道,可抵质押资产少等原因,融资难一直是制约科技型中小企业发展的瓶颈。其中可抵押质押的资产少是科技型中小企业融资难的重要原因之一。而作为科技型中小企业最具价值的资产,知识产权并没有发挥它应有的融资作用。因此,本文为进一步促进科技型中小企业融资,以创新知识产权融资产品为切入点,分析了知识产权融资创新的意义,介绍我国一些知识产权融资模式的成功经验,在此基础上对知识产权融资模式进行创新,介绍了模式创新的参与主体、模式提供的金融产品以及政府可提供的政策支持等。technology oriented small and medium-sized enterprises because of the high risk, information asymmetry, the financing channels for a single, the lack of financing channels can be butt joint, collateral less investment reasons, the financing has been the bottleneck to restrict the development of technology based smes. Which may mortgage assets less is one of the important causes of the financing difficulties of small and medium sized technological enterprises. As a technology oriented small and medium-sized enterprise＇s most valuable asset, intellectual property rights and did not play its due role in the financing. Therefore, this paper is to further promote the scientific and technological small and medium-sized enterprises financing, with the innovation of intellectual property financing products as the breakthrough point, analyzes the significance of intellectual property financing innovation, introduces the successful experiences of some of China＇s intellectual property financing mode, financing mode on the basis of the intellectual property right type of innovation, introduces the mode innovation of participants, mode provide financial products and the government can provide policy support etc..
