摘  要:朱利安撰写的《唐君毅之中西自然宇宙观》是以西方人的视角,对唐先生《中国文化之精神价值》第五章中西自然观的钩玄撮要。朱利安认为,中国之自然律为内在,与西方之恒视自然律为超越相对;中国之自然律为万物之性,而性则能随境变化而有创造生起,此与西方之必然的自然律相对;中国之以物之性,表现于"与他物相感通之德量",此与西方以物之本质为力之说相对。此三点乃是中国之自然宇宙观之核心,而最重要的是可由此引申出"自然物之实中皆有虚"之观念,但他同时认为唐先生对缺乏决定论的可能问题的思考不够严密。朱利安所撰札记以另一种语境皱折呈现中国当代新儒家思想,为读者带来新的阅读方式,意义自深一层,为法国研究该领域揭开了序幕。Tang Junyi's View on Chinese and Western Outlook on Nature and World written by Julian is a summarization from a westerner's perspective of Tang Junyi's view on Chinese and Western outlook on nature conveyed in Chapter Five of Mr Tang's work The Spiritual Value of Chinese Culture. According to Julian,the Chinese law of nature probes within,as compared to the western law of nature which hold firmly that the nature transcends humanbeing themselves; the Chinese culture views nature as the representation of the characteristics of existing beings,which is subject to change as the environment changes,while the western law of nature features inevitability; the Chinese culture views strength as the force in rapport with another being,while the western culture worships the inherent strength of subjects. The three points mentioned above are the core elements of Chinese outlook on world and nature and the most important ideology revealed is "the extensive existence of an intangible force in natural beings". At the same time,Julian thinks that Tang's theory is not rigorous enough as it shows an inadequate consideration of the possiblity of the absence of determinism. Julian's note has a fundamental influence as it provides readers with a new approach of reading by reflecting on modern Chinese Neo-Confucianism in a fresh context,thus opening a new chapter for the research of this field in France.
