摘　　要：应用免疫组化与HE相结合的染色方法显示心肌闰盘,敏感性高、特异性强,同时能全面展示心肌的光镜结构特点,在实验教学中便于学生观察和识别。Immunohistochemical staining and HE staining displayed the intercalated disk is especially sensitive and specific.This method can also show the structural features under light microscope view totally,so that students can observe and distinguish it easily during experiment teaching.
