摘　　要：研究曲率二次衰减的完备非紧黎曼流形,通过点到极小测地圈中点的距离的一致估计和在满足一定条件下证明了它的基本群是有限生成的,对著名的Milnor猜想起到更强的支持。In this paper, we study a complete Riemannian manifold with 2 - curvature decay, we obtain the fundamental group of is finitely generated under the uniform estimates for the distance from a point to half way point of minimal geodesics and some conditions, This supports the famous Milnor conjecture strongly.
