摘　　要：习近平总书记的教师节重要讲话,鲜明地指出了教师队伍对国家和民族发展的重要意义。高等职业教育是高等教育不可或缺的组成部分,在加快发展高等职业教育的新形势下,建立一支符合时代要求、锐意进取、德才兼备的稳定的高素质教师队伍,是高等职业教育进一步发展的关键所在。高职院校要按照习近平总书记提出的"四有标准"加强师资队伍建设,引导教师个人牢记育人使命,争做党和人民满意的好教师。The speech of General Secretary of Xi Jingping on the Teachers’ Day emphasized that the significance of teacher staff to the development of the country and nation.As an indispensible part of higher education,higher vocational education requires a high quality teaching group with determination,ability and political integrity under the new situation,which is the key of further development of higher vocational education.Higher vocational colleges should strengthen the building of teacher staff according to the＂Four Standards＂raised by General Secretary Xi Jingping.And the teachers should keep the mission of educating people firmly in mind and endeavor to be good teachers who meet the satisfaction of people and the Party.
