摘　　要：运用超效率DEA方法,结合江苏省水利现代化目标的要求建立指标体系,并将水利投入对地区生产总值的贡献率作为输出指标加以运用,对江苏省13个省辖市2011年的用水效率进行排序和评价,分析省辖市DEA有效或无效的原因,并提出相应的对策和建议。Using the super-efficiency-DEA method,an index system is established from the perspective of inputs and outputs combined with the goal of water conservancy modernization in Jiangsu Province. By taking the contribution rate of water conservancy investment to the local GDP as the output indices,the water use efficiencies in 13 cities of Jiangsu Province in2011 are evaluated and sorted. The effective or ineffective reasons of the DEA method are analyzed,and the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are proposed.
