摘　　要：金枪鱼渔捞日志作为金枪鱼数据收集系统的一部分,在区域性国际渔业组织履约中扮演了重要的角色。本文梳理了国际渔业组织涉及金枪鱼延绳钓渔捞日志的履约要求,分析了部分国家或地区金枪鱼渔捞日志管理要求,论述了我国金枪鱼延绳钓渔捞日志管理中存在的问题,并提出了改进建议和发展方向:(1)渔捞日志嵌入船位监控系统,缩短渔捞日志上交的时效性,提高日志填写的准确性;(2)统一金枪鱼渔业数据收集系统,建立大型金枪鱼数据库,使渔业数据规模化、标准化。Tuna fishery logbook, a part of data collection system in tuna fishery, plays an important role in regional fisheries management organizations （RFMO）. The paper briefly introduced the functions of RFMO and its＇ requirement on the compliance of longline tuna logbook data （operational data）. The paper described the status quo of longline tuna fishery logbook in some countries and regions, like China, Japan, Korea and Taiwan Region. According to the current situation of China＇s tuna logbook system, problems were analyzed and suggestions were proposed briefly. In addition, the development trend of China＇s tuna logbook system was discussed and advices were made as follows： first, to combine the logbook data system with VMS system in order to shorten the time of submission and improve the accuracy of data recording;second, to establish large scale tuna fishery database so as to build a unified and standardized tuna data collection system.
