山东省农村学龄前留守幼儿体重发育现状研究

摘　　要：目的通过分析农村留守幼儿体重发育的现状,探讨其影响因素,提出改善农村幼儿尤其是留守幼儿体格发育的建议,并为相关决策的制定提供科学依据。方法采用分层随机整群抽样法抽取样本,采用χ^2检验进行单因素分析,用二分类Logistic回归进行多因素分析。结果本研究结果显示,参与调查的735名农村学龄前0-5岁幼儿中,269（36.6%）名为留守幼儿。同时,样本中留守幼儿体重发育异常检出率明显高于非留守幼儿。单因素分析显示,可能影响农村幼儿体重发育异常的因素有：是否为留守幼儿、月龄段、母亲教育程度、监护人是否知晓健康饮食方式、监护人是否对抚养孩子不自信。多因素分析显示,母亲教育程度与监护人是否对抚养孩子不自信是影响留守幼儿体重发育的显著因素。结论幼儿监护人应更新教育理念、提高各方面教育技能。农村留守幼儿保障体系相对落后,应大力健全农村留守幼儿保护保障体制。Objective To analyze the present situation of children left in rural areas of the body weight growth,explore the influence factors,give the advices about the improvement of rural children especially left behind children＇s physical development and provide the scientific basis for the relevant decision making. Method Samples using stratified random cluster sampling method,usingχ^2 test for univariate analysis,multivariate analysis using the Binary Logistic Regression. Results A total of 735 rural preschool children aged 0-5were conducted,269（36.6%）were left behind children.Body weight growth anomaly detection rate of left-behind children was significantly higher than that of non-left-behind children.Single factor analysis showed that the influence factors of weight abnormal development of rural preschool were：Whether being left behind children,age,education level,whether mother guardian knows diet,whether the guardian of the child without selfconfident.Multivariate analysis showed that,mother＇s educational level and whether the guardian of the child without selfconfident were significant factors influencing the development of children＇s weight. Conclusions Child guardian should updating educational ideas and improving all aspects of educational skills.Rural left-behind child protection system is relatively backward.Rural left-behind child protection system should be vigorously improve.
