摘　　要：目的探讨Toll样受体2(TLR2)在人舌鳞癌细胞Tca8113的表达情况及其对肿瘤细胞增殖和凋亡的影响。方法通过流式细胞术检测人舌癌Tca8113细胞中TLR2的表达情况;实验细胞分为实验组(加入TLR2阻断剂)及对照组(加入IgG抗体),实验组及对照组细胞培养24 h及48 h后,应用MTT及Western blot方法检测其增殖及凋亡情况,采用SPSS13.0统计软件对数据进行方差分析及t检验。结果流式细胞检测Tca8113细胞可见TLR2的表达;实验组经TLR2阻断24 h、48 h后其增殖较之对照组明显增加(P<0.05),但24 h与48 h比较,其增殖的变化不明显(P>0.05);同时经Western blot检测抗凋亡蛋白Bcl-2表达明显增加(P<0.05)。结论人舌鳞癌细胞Tca8113细胞表达TLR2受体并对肿瘤细胞呈现明显的抑制作用。Objective To explore the expression of Toll-like receptor 2 （TLR2）in Tea8113 cells and its effect on proliferation and apoptosis of TcaS113 cells. Methods The expression of TLR2 in Tca8113 cells was detected by flow cytometry. And the cells were divided into two groups：experiment group（ treated with anti-TLR2）and control group（ treated with IgG）. After culture for 24 h and 48 h, the apoptosis and proliferation of Tea8113 cells were detected using MTr and Western blot. SPSS13.0 statistical software was used for data analysis of variance and t test. Results The expression of TLR2 was found in Tea 8113 cells by flow cytometry. The Tca8113 cells proliferation was significantly higher in experiment group than in control group after culture for 24 h and 48 h （P 〈 0. 05 ）, but there is no significant change in experiment group at 24 h and 48 h. And Bcl-2 protein expression was also significantly higher in experiment group than in control group after culture for 24 h and 48 h by Western blot （ P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion TLR2 could ex- press in Tca8113 cells and significantly inhibit the proliferation of human tongue squamous cancer cells.
