摘  要:针对单模型进行噪声预测和评价的局限性,该文提出了一种基于GIS的利用多模型进行道路噪声预测评价的方法。此方法在对比分析现有的道路交通噪声模型的基础上,选择了FHWA模型和HJ2.4-2009模型作为本研究的理论模型;以闻合高速公路数据为实验数据,分别利用上述两种噪声模型计算噪声预测值;再针对每个噪声监控点,分析两种模型计算的结果,采用折中法和取舍法对结果进行处理,确定每个噪声监控点的噪声值;并结合噪声质量标准对噪声值进行评价,利用ArcGIS Server的地图服务发布功能实现评价结果的网络共享。实验结果表明,每个噪声监控点的噪声值在未来几年都会越来越大,需要采取相应的环保措施。In order to evaluate the road traffic noise,this paper proposed a road noise prediction method based on GIS.Firstly,the FHWA(issued by the United States Federal Highway Administration)and HJ2.4-2009(issued by China's Ministry of Environmental Protection)were chosen as the theoretical models after comparison and analysis of several existed road traffic noise models.Secondly,based on Wenhe highway experimental data,the two noise models were used to calculate noise value respectively.Thirdly,for each of the noise monitoring points,average the two results,and after analyzing and processing the results,the final noise value of each noise monitoring point was determined.Finally,the Noise Environment Quality Standard(issued by China's Ministry of Environmental Protection)was used as the criteria to evaluate the noise value and then realized the network sharing of the evaluation results.The experimental results showed that the noise value of each noise monitoring point would increase in the coming years and some environmental protection measures should be taken.
