摘　　要：健康状态的实质是人体脏腑、经脉之气对内外不同因素作用于人体时所作出的反应,这种反应是有规律的,是可以被正确认识的。五脏六腑在内,通过十二经脉,与在外的"原"连通起来,将胃中化生的水谷精微源源不断地输送到体表。"十二原"是五脏用来将各脏所藏的真气供给到三百六十五节的所在。五脏经气输出到体表的源头,称作"原"。"十二原"对于观察脏腑经脉营卫气血阴阳的变动状态,具有特殊意义。从"十二原"辨识健康状态与从"三部九候""三阴三阳脉口""气口脉"辨识脏腑经脉营卫气血阴阳的变动状态的原理相通。诊察"十二原"的变动,犹如诊察三部九候脉与气口脉,可以诊断五脏六腑的疾病状态,可以辨识人体的健康状态。Health state can be regarded as the response of qi in zang-fu viscera and channel when the internal and external factors effecting on human body. This kind of response has its regularity, and can be recognized correctly. The five zang viscera and six fu viscera are connected with the twelve regular channels internally, and connected with twelve yuan-primary points externally, so that the essence of water and grain in stomach could be transported to the body surface. The effect of twelve yuan-primary points was transporting genuine qi of five zang viscera to all joints of human body. Yuan-primary points were the periphery source of exportation of essential qi in five zang viscera. There was a special meaning of twelve yuan-primary points in the observation of fluctuation of nutrient and defensive, qi and blood, yin and yang in zang-fu viscera. The theory of identification of health condition based on theory of twelve yuan-primary point linked to the theory of identification fluctuation of nutrient and defensive, qi and blood, yin and yang in zang-fu viscera and channel based on ‘three body parts and nine pulse taking sites＇, ‘three yin and three yang pulse＇ and ‘cunkou pulse＇. Therefore, disease in five zang viscera and six fu viscera and healthy state of human body could be identified by observing the variation of twelve yuan-primary point just as examination on ‘three body parts and nine pulse taking sites＇ and ‘cunkou pulse＇.
