摘　　要：目的:建立柱前衍生高效液相色谱法测定海巴戟中18种氨基酸的方法。方法:以2,4-二硝基氟苯为柱前衍生剂,梯度洗脱,流速1.0m L/min,检测波长为360nm,柱温为30℃。结果:18种氨基酸的线性范围分别为32-609μg/m L,r值均0.9990-0.9998,平均回收率分别为91.87%-108.56%。结论:本方法可用于海巴戟中氨基酸的测定。Objective： To establish a method for determination of 18 amino acids in Morinda citrifolia L. Methods： Amino acids were derived with 1-Fluoro-2, 4-dinitrobenzene, separated by the column at the flow rate of 1.0m L/min and detected at 360 nm at the temperature of 30℃. Results： 18 amino acids had good linearity in the range of 32-609μg/m L, correlated coefficient（r） was between 0.9990 and 0.9998. The average recovery was 91.87%-108.56%. Conclusion： This method is a good way for the determination of amino acid content in Morinda citrifolia L..
