摘 要:长木蜂Xylocopa tranquebarorum幼虫龄期的确定是进一步研究巢室行为、生活规律以及制定保护策略的理论基础。本研究采用田间取样和室内孵化的方法收集长木蜂各龄幼虫,测量了幼虫头壳宽度、体长和体重3个形态指标。根据所测数据的频次分布图以及Dyar定律推测长木蜂幼虫分为4龄。1-4龄幼虫的头壳宽度分别为1.405 mm,1.783 mm,2.084 mm,2.250 mm。统计分析得出其龄期y与幼虫头壳宽度x的关系为y=0.2836x+1.1715(R2=0.9724)。The larval instar numbers of Xylocopa tranquebarorum should be determined before further studying on its in-nest ethology, biology and protection strategy. In this study, larval samples of different instars were collected from both in the field and in the laboratory, and there variables were measured, including width of the head capsules, body length and body weigth of X. tranquebarorum. Based on frequency histograms and Dyar's law, the larvae of X. tranquebarorum were divided into 4 instars. The average width of head capsules of the 1st instar larvae was 1. 405 mm, the 2nd instar was 1. 783mm, the 3rd instar was 2. 084 mm and the 4t' instar was 2. 250 mm. The best linear regression equation of the head width against the instar numbers was: y = 0. 2836x + 1.1715 (R2 = 0. 9724)
