诺丽发酵果汁润肠通便作用效果观察

摘　　要：目的:观察发酵诺丽果汁对小鼠的通便作用。方法:将动物小鼠随机分为阴性对照组、模型对照组、低、中、高剂量组5组,经口给予3.3、6.6、13.2 m L/kg剂量的受试样品15 d后,测定小肠墨汁推进率及排首粒黑便时间,6 h内排便粒数和粪便重量。结果:与模型对照组相比,受试样品不能增加小鼠的小肠墨汁推进率(P>0.05),不能缩短便秘小鼠的首便时间及增加排粪便量。结论:发酵诺丽果汁不具有润肠通便的作用。Objective：To observe Fermented Noni Juice＇s function on facilitating bowel movement. Method：Mice were randomly divided into 5 groups,including blank control group,model control group and three drug orally administrated groups. Ink progressing rate in small intestine,the time for the first feces to be excreted,the number and weight of feces excreted within six hours were tested after mice orally administered with the test substance at 3.3,6.6,13.2 m L/kg for 15 days. Result：Compared with model control group,the test substance could not increase intestinal ink progressing rate in intestinal hypoperistalsis mice and could not shorten the time for the first black feces to be excreted and increase the feces weight excreted in constipationmice. Conclusion：Fermented Noni Juice has no effect on facilitating bowel movement.
