摘  要:目的:探讨血府逐瘀汤、蝮蛇抗栓酶及神经生长因子联合应用对多发性脑梗死的影响。方法:采用微栓子栓塞阻断法,建立多发性脑梗死大鼠模型,通过大鼠海马的组织病理学改变,探讨血府逐瘀汤、蝮蛇抗栓酶及神经生长因子联合应用对多发性脑梗死大鼠模型的影响。结果:术后7 d,治疗组与模型组比较NKB阳性神经元百分率明显增高(P<0.01)。结论:血府逐瘀汤、蝮蛇抗栓酶及神经生长因子联合应用能使多发性脑梗死大鼠海马组织缺血部位有所恢复,对多发性脑梗死的治疗有重要的临床意义。Objective:To explore the effect of Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction,snake venom antithrombotic enzymes and nerve growth factor in patients with multiple cerebral infarction. Method:MCI models were established in Wistar rats by using microemboli embolism method. We explored the roles of Xuefu ZhuyuDecoction used together with Svate-3 and nerve growth factor in the rats having pathological changes in the hippocampus after multiple cerebral infarctions. Results:7 days after operation,the treatment group compard with the model group,the percentage of NKB positive neurons increased significantly(P0.01).Conclusion:The combined application of Xuefu Zhuyu decoction,snake venom antithrombotic enzymes and nerve growth factor can take effect in the recovery of the multiple infarction in hippocampus of rats with ischemic site. The research has important clinical significance in treatment of multiple cerebral infarctions.
