摘　　要：功能性腹泻的病因病机可归结于情志失调、饮食不节导致的脾虚,伴随脏腑阴阳失衡;常见证型有脾气虚证、脾虚湿困证、脾肾阳虚证、肝郁脾虚证、寒热错杂证、脾阳虚证;治疗方法以药物治疗、针灸治疗为主;动物实验较少,动物模型制作方法及评价不成熟。The etiology and pathogenesis of functional diarrhea is due to the spleen deficiency which is caused by emotional disorders and improper diet and the imbalance of Yin and Yang. Common types of functional diarrhea are spleen qi deficiency,spleen deficiency and damp accumulation yndrome,spleen and kidney Yang deficiency syndrome,liver stagnation and spleen deficiency syndrome,cold and heat complex syndrome,deficiency of spleen Yang syndrome. Treatments are mainly drug therapy,acupuncture and moxibustion therapy and there is few animal experiment. The method of making the animal model and evaluation is immature.
