摘　　要：乳糜漏是甲状腺癌颈部淋巴结清扫术(颈清)术后相对少见但却较为严重的并发症之一,可增加住院天数和医疗费用,严重影响患者生活质量。本文综述了甲状腺癌颈清乳糜漏的形成原因和防治策略,系统概括了近年来国内外非手术和手术治疗的研究进展,提出在熟悉相关解剖、规范手术操作并加强术后管理的基础上,可以显著降低甲状腺癌颈部淋巴结清扫术后乳糜漏的发生率。Chyle leakage is a rare but serious complication caused by dissection of neck lymph nodes during thyroid cancer surgery. Patients with postoperative chile leakage may have a poor-quality life, with increased cost and long hospital stay. This article reviewed the current diagnosis and treatment of chylous leakage after dissection of neck lymph nodes in the treatment of thyroid cancer, including causes, prevention strategies and non-surgical or surgical treatments. Clinical data suggested that based on the knowledge about local anatomy, standardized operation and postoperative management, the incidence of chylous leakage after dissection neck lymph nodes during thyroid cancer surgery could be significantly decreased.
