矿工安全诚信与不安全行为影响关系研究

摘　　要：矿工安全诚信是影响不安全行为发生的重要因素之一。为研究矿工安全诚信与不安全行为之间的影响关系,将矿工安全诚信分为安全态度诚信与安全能力诚信。采用结构方程模型(SEM),构建以行为意向为中介变量,由矿工安全诚信到其服从性行为与参与性行为的关系模型。用来自5个煤矿的212份矿工调查问卷数据检验分析所构建的关系模型。研究表明:矿工安全能力诚信显著影响其参与性行为和服从性行为,与行为意向的关系不显著;矿工安全态度诚信显著影响其服从性行为,并通过行为意向影响其参与性行为。Miners safety integrity is one of the important factors that cause unsafe behavior to occur. In order to study the relationship between miners＇safety integrity and unsafe behavior, the miners＇safety integ- rity was divided into safety attitude integrity and safety ability integrity, and a research model was built for studying relationships between miners＇ safety integrity ,miners＇ safety comphance, and safety participation. For the model, behavior intention was taken as the mediating variable. An investigation on 212 miners from 5 coal mines was conducted. The data were analyzed by SEM technique. Study shows that the safety ability integrity of miners has positive effects on their compliance behavior and participation behavior, however it has not a significant correlation with behavior intention; safety attitude integrity of miners has positive effects on their compliance behavior, and influences the participation behavior only through the mediating variable of behavior intention.
