院士引领科技社团智力资源对接浙江产业转型升级人才需求研究

摘　　要：全国科技社团拥有数量庞大的高端科技人力资源,能够为浙江产业转型升级提供智力支持。当前浙江的院士引进与服务工作卓有成效,而不少院士都在全国性的科技社团中担任重要职务,在社团中有较高的活跃度和较大的影响力。以院士为引领,带动科技社团智力资源合理流向和分布,是一个突破浙江产业转型升级人才瓶颈的有效路径。Associations of science and technology in China boast to have a huge number of high-end human resources of science and technology, and enable to provide intellectual supports for upgrading industrial transformation in Zhejiang. Recently,the province has made great progress in the introduction and service of academicians. Since many academicians hold important positions in national scientific and technical societies, and they are very active and influential. Thus academicians, as the key human resources, should lead a reasonable flow and distribution of scientific associations and intellectual resources, which is an effective way to solve the bottleneck of the industrial transformation and upgrading talent demands in Zhejiang.
