摘　　要：随着高校教学改革的深化和素质教育的全面推进,高校体育教学改革取得了很大的进步,各种教学方法和教学理念不断出现。该研究把课内联赛模式引用到高校篮球教学中,通过课内联赛模式与传统教学模式教学效果的对比,验证课内联赛模式的实效性,以此来优化教学方法,提高教学质量,推动教学改革创新。With the comprehensive promotion of deepening the teaching reform and quality education, PE Teaching Reform in Colleges and universities has made great progress,all kinds of teaching methods and teaching ideas emerge.The class League mode reference to the basketball teaching in Colleges and universities,by comparing the effect of teaching in Class League mode and traditional teaching mode,effectiveness verification Class League mode,in order to optimize the teaching method,improve teaching quality, promoting teaching reform and innovation.
