土木工程专业大学生创新训练计划项目的实施办法及效果

摘　　要：国家大学生创新训练计划项目旨在培养本科生创新思维和创新意识,提高学生创新实践能力。而不同学科因其特点不同,在开展大学生创新训练计划项目过程中,必将逐步形成自身特有的实施办法。本文以北京交通大学土木工程专业为例,从项目的选题与立项、实施方式与过程管理、项目结题与成果交流、激励措施四个方面,详细介绍了该专业大学生创新训练计划项目的实施办法,结合笔者亲自指导学生开展该项目的实践经验,对项目的实施效果进行了分析。实践表明:该文提出的实施办法不仅遵循了大学生创新训练计划项目"兴趣导向、自主实验"的实施原则,而且切实能提高学生的科研素质和创新能力。National Innovative Training Program on College Student aims at both cultivating undergraduate innovative thinking and innovative consciousness, and improving students’abilities in practice and innovation.Moreover,unique implementing measures for different disciplines will be gradually formed due to their different characteristics,in the process of Innovative Training Program on College Student. This paper,taking the civil engineering majors of Beijing Jiaotong University as an example,introduces in details implementing measures for this major from four aspects： project selection and establishment, implementation and management, project completion and achievement exchange,and incentive measures. Furthermore, the effect of project implementation is analyzed based on the practical experience of authors who personally guides students to carry out this project.Practice shows that the implementation method proposed in this paper not only follows the principle of Innovative Training Program on College Students’interest oriented,independent experiment’-but also improves students’scientific research ability and creativity in reality.
