腹腔镜结肠癌根治术治疗局部进展期结肠癌疗效分析

摘　　要：目的为了进一步研究和探讨临床有效治疗局部进展期结肠癌的可靠手术方法 ,从而为局部进展期结肠癌的临床治疗和相关研究提供借鉴依据。方法选取2012年12月—2013年12月期间该院收治的局部进展期结肠癌患者,共计136例。随机对患者进行分组,分成了腹腔镜手术组和开腹手术组,每组患者68例。分别采用腹腔镜手术和开腹手术实施治疗,观察并对比两组患者实施不同临床手术治疗方法的失血量、术后排气时间、术后进食时间和不良反应发生情况。结果 1在失血量、术后排气时间和术后进食时间等三项指标上,组间比较,腹腔镜手术组患者的各项指标水平均明显的优于开腹手术组,且组间数据差异比较具有显著的统计学意义(P均<0.05);2在总并发症发生率上,组间比较,腹腔镜手术组的总并发症发生率显著的低于开腹手术组的总并发症发生率,且数据比较差异具有显著的统计学意义(χ2=4.7813,P=0.0288)。结论在临床针对局部进展期结肠癌患者实施治疗的实践过程中,与传统的开腹手术治疗方法相比较,采用腹腔镜结肠癌根治术治疗方法的临床治疗效果显著,是临床针对局部进展期结肠癌实施治疗的理想选择。Objective To further investigate and explore the clinical effective reliable surgical method for the treatment of locally advanced and colon cancer, so as to provide reference basis for clinical treatment and research locally advanced colon cancer.Methods 136 cases of locally advanced colon cancer in our hospital from December 2012 to December 2013 were chosen. They were randomly divided into the laparoscopic surgery group and the open surgery group, and 68 patients in each group. They were taken with laparoscopic surgery and open surgery implement treatment. The blood loss, postoperative discharge time, eating time and adverse events situations for the two groups with different surgery methods were observed and compared. Results ①The three indicators of blood loss, postoperative discharge time and eating time compared between the two groups, the indicators in the laparoscopic surgery group were significantly better than the average open surgery group, and differences between groups were with statistical significance（P 〈0.05）. ② The total incidence of complications compared between the two groups, the total incidence of complications in the laparoscopic surgery group was significantly lower than the open surgery group, and differences of data compared the two group were with statistical significance（χ^2= 4.7813, P=0.0288）. Conclusions In clinical practice and treatment for patients with locally advanced colon cancer, compared with traditional open surgery method, the clinical treatment effect of the application of laparoscopic colon resection is significant, and it is the clinical Ideal choice for locally advanced colon cancer.
