经胃管注入泛影葡胺治疗术后早期炎性肠梗阻的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探讨在术后早期炎性肠梗阻经胃管注入泛影葡胺的治疗效果。方法回顾分析该医院外科2012年1月—2013年12月腹部手术后早期炎性肠梗阻患者68例,随机分为两组各34例,对照组采用传统治疗方法,观察组在传统治疗的基础上经胃管注入泛影葡胺,比较两组经治疗后的总体效果。结果通过对两组患者在治疗后的疗效比较,观察组患者的胃肠减压时间(12.12±5.25)d,排气、排便时间(8.34±2.17)d,腹胀、腹痛的缓解时间(6.26±2.34)d,及术后早期炎性肠梗阻的治愈时间(11.58±3.53)d,均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论经胃管注入泛影葡胺对治疗术后早期炎性肠梗阻,不但可以提高治疗效果,更能有效的判定出对EPISBO患者的手术时机,从而减少并发症的发生。Objective To investigate the treatment effects of early postoperative inflammatory ileus treatment through the tube into diatrizoate. Methods 68 cases of EPISBO patients after abdominal surgery in the surgical department of our hospital from January2012 to December 2013 were retrospectively analyzed, and were randomly divided into two groups. Each group contained 34 cases.The control group were given traditional treatment method, and the observation group were added through the tube into diatrizoate.The overall effects after the treatment of these two groups were compared. Results The curative effects comparison showed that all the decompression time（12.12 ±5.25）, exhaust, defecation time（8.34 ±2.17）, bloating, abdominal pain relief time（6.26 ±2.34） and early postoperative inflammatory ileus cure time（11.58 ±3.53） of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Early postoperative inflammatory ileus treatment through the tube into diatrizoate can not only obviously improve the treatment effects, but also effectively determine the surgical time for the EPPISBO patients, so as to reduce the incidence of complications, which is a safe, reliable and convenient method of treatment.
