摘 要:【目的】分析灌水量对滴灌甜菜产量及含糖量的调控效应,为干旱区滴灌甜菜节水灌溉提供科学依据。【方法】以新甜12号为研究对象,设置四种灌水量的小区控制试验,通过破坏性取样,调查滴灌甜菜干物质积累、根冠比、产量以及块根含糖量指标。【结果】不同灌水量处理下,滴灌甜菜LAI与单株叶丛干重均随生育进程的推进表现为单峰曲线。甜菜块根重量、块根含糖率以及根冠比均随生育进程的推进呈现出不断增加的趋势。甜菜产量与含糖量表现为相反的变化趋势。【结论】当灌水量为8 060 m3/hm2时,有利于北疆地区滴灌甜菜达到8.31×104kg/hm2的产量目标。[ Objective ] Plastic mulching has been applied to sugar beet cultivation in Xinjiang currently, while there are presently very few reports concerning its effect on root development and sucrose aecumulation. This study provides a theoretical basis for the standardized cultivation of drip irrigated sugar beet with plastie mulching sugar beet in Xinjiang. [ Method] No. Xin Tian 12 was chosed, and dry matter accumulation and allocation, root - shoot ratio, root yield and sucrose concentration was detected every 10 days after seedling of suger beet to study the effect of plastic mulching and open field cultivation on drip irrigated sugar beet devlopment. [ Result] Plastic mulching could accelerate leaf growth rate and LAI by 10 days and 1.84, respectively. Which enlarged root growth stage and developed suitable root/shoot ratio of drip irrigated sugarbeet. Thus sugar beet yield and sucrose concentration could be increased by 0% and 17%, respectively of drip irrigated sugarbeet with plastic mulching. [ Conclusion ] Compared with open field cultivation, there was significant increase of root sucrose concentration while no effect of root weight, of drip irrigated sugar beet with plastic mulching.
