摘 要:【目的】以新疆厚皮甜瓜为材料,研究AMAMIR TD-2010C便携式水果糖度无损检测仪在田间检测糖度与实际糖度的相关性,分析影响检测结果的因素。【方法】在田间选取10个甜瓜,校正无损测糖仪;用校正后的仪器检测甜瓜糖度,将测得的数据与手持折光糖度仪测得数据比较,运用SPSS18.0软件进行线性相关分析;对不同果皮颜色与环境光照强度下无损测糖仪检测的结果进行差异分析。【结果】(1)以得到的拟合曲线Y=0.545 9X+2.802 1、斜率0.545 9、截距2.802 1来校正仪器。(2)无损测糖仪与手持折光仪相关系数(R)为0.629,两者有相关性。(3)环境光照强度与甜瓜果皮颜色均对无损测糖仪检测结果有影响,与环境光照强度呈正相关,果皮深色区域较浅色的检测值更高。【结论】该无损糖度检测仪检测容易受到品种与环境因素影响,在使用中必须控制这些因素。[ Objective] Xinjiang thick -peel melon was used to research the correlation and difference between sugar content performed by AMAMIR TD - 2010C portable and that of a hand refractometer ( WYT - J). The influencing factors of this difference was analyzed in this study. [ Method ] Firstly, AMAMIR TD - 2010C portable was corrected by testing 10 melon fruits in the field plot. And then, sugar content of melon was tested by AMAMIR TD - 2010C portable and handbeld refractive sugar. The linear correlation between these two methods was analyzed by SPSS18.0 software. Lastly, variance analysis between different peel colours and environmental light intensity was performed by measuring results from the taster difference. [ Result ] ( 1 ) Instrumental correction: matched curve Y=0. 545 9X +2. 802 1 ,slope:0. 545 9 ,intercept:2. 802 1 ,corrected instrument. (2) The correlation analysis results showed that the nondestructive test instrument and handheld refractometer had correlation and the correlation coefficient (R) was 0. 629. (3) Variance analysis results showed that both of the environment light intensity and melon peel color measurement influenced meas- ured data of total soluble solids. Among these two factors, the environment light intensity was positively related. Data collected by the nondestructive instrument in the dark - peel area was higher than that of the light places. [ Conclusion ] The nondestructive sugar detector was easily affected by variety and environmental factors,which must be under control when the nondestructive sugar detector was used to test sugar content in the field.
