汽车整车与售后零部件协同物流运作模式研究

摘　　要：文中针对目前各大汽车物流企业整车和零部件销售物流独立运行的现状,提出整车和零部件物流协同运作模式的概念,以解决独立运作物流体系中存在的效率低、成本高等缺陷。文中对这种物流协同作业模式实施必备的各方面条件进行了阐述,包括物流相关设施设备的创新性整合,以及物流信息管理系统的创新性整合等问题。This paper for the current status of major automobile logistics vehicle and parts sales logistics companies operate independently proposed the concept vehicle and parts logistics collaboration mode of operation,in order to solve the low presence of independent operation of the logistics system efficiency,high cost defects. Article on various conditions such logistics necessary for the implementation of collaborative work mode are described,including the innovative integration of logistics- related facilities and equipment,as well as the innovative integration of logistics information management system and other issues.
