摘 要:随着低碳经济时代的到来,越来越多的行业,特别是制造业、物流业、零售业将供应链的"绿色化"程度视为实现低碳发展的重要部署,政府、企业、学术界也越来越重视绿色供应链管理的发展。文中就是基于此背景下进行的,在阐述发展绿色供应链管理必要性的基础上,通过对国内绿色供应链管理发展问题的分析,从企业、政府、社会和个人等方面入手,有针对性地围绕绿色供应链管理实施绩效评价体系、建立绿色物流发展规划、健全碳排放交易市场和推广低碳物流技术等话题提出了加强绿色供应链管理的主要应对措施和解决方案。With the development of the of low- carbon economy,more and more industries,especially manufacture,logistics industry and retail industry,consider the supply chain of the greenization as the important deploy to realize the development of low- carbon. The government,enterprise and the field of academic community take the development of green supply chain management seriously as well. This research is based on this background. The authors explain the necessary of developing the green supply chain management. On the basis of this,the writers put forward the main measures aimed to carry out green supply chain management performance evaluation system,establish green logistics development planning,improve the carbon emissions trading market and promote the low carbon logistics technology by analyzing the problems of green supply chain management at home from the government,enterprise,social and personal aspects.
