摘　　要：X国有物流公司经过10多年努力,已经陆续对大部分需要改革改制的下属子公司进行产权改制。文中就该公司对以往改制公司的改制方法和模式进行分析和探讨,总结出成功可借鉴的经验和至今存在的未解决的历史遗留问题,从而为下一步继续深化改革找出对策,并提出自己对X国有物流公司深化改制的建议。X state- owned logistics company has been gradually completed most reform and restructuring of property right system to subsidiary company after 10 years of efforts. This paper will analyze and discuss the restructuring method and the model of the restructured company,then sums up the successful experience to draw lessons and still unsolved problems left over by history,for continuing to deepen the reform for the next step to find out countermeasures,and putting forward my Suggestions to X deepening restructuring state- owned logistics company.
