华商文化供应链的集成及创新实践的探索

摘　　要：供应链管理是一种集成和整合的管理思想和方法,是整合现有资源、提升综合竞争力、树立品牌效应的有效手段。文中在分析全球华商发展的历史与现状的基础上,将供应链集成与优化技术的基本思想融入到华商文化管理中,提出华商文化供应链集成及创新模式,通过建立一个服务华商文化的供应链管理与实践网络平台,实现供应链管理系统、金融结算系统、华商文化管理系统、产品名录系统、客户服务等系统的集成创新,从而实现华商文化供应链的优化调度。文中为推进华商文化供应链的理论与发展提供探索和参考,进而为弘扬中华文化,建立世界华商文化管理的新秩序提供有益参考。Supply chain management is an integrated management methods,is an effective means which integrate existing resources,enhance overall competitiveness,and establish brand effect. In this paper,based on the analysis of Global Chinese businessman historical development and current situation,we put the basic idea of supply chain integration and optimization scedulding into Culture of Chinese Business management,put forward supply chain integration and innovation model,namely establish a supply chain management and practice network platform which service for Chinese Business,and to realize integration innovation of logistics system,financial system,Chinese Business Culture system,product list system,customer service system. All in all this paper provided a reference for the development of Chinese.Business Culture supply chain theory,further carry forward Chinese culture,provided some fruitful reference for establish a new order of word Chinese business culture management.
