摘　　要：目的研究stathmin-1（STMN-1）、P27及ki-67在宫颈上皮内瘤变（CIN）中的表达,探讨其与高级别CIN残留/复发的关系。方法对2010年1月至2013年6月因CIN2~CIN3行宫颈锥形切除患者进行随访,将残留/复发病例36例设为实验组,随机抽取未复发病例40例作为对照组。采用免疫组化法检测两组病例首次宫颈锥切组织中stathmin-1、P27及ki-67的表达。结果 STMN-1实验组30例（83.3%）阳性,对照组16例（40%）阳性,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。P27实验组27例（75%）阳性,且表达于胞浆,对照组19例（47.5%）阳性,多表达于胞浆,部分核浆均有表达,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。ki-67实验组35例（97.2%）阳性,对照组35例（87.5%）阳性,差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）;其在CIN 2中阳性表达率为78.5%,在CIN3中100%表达,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论 STMN-1与P27高表达与高级别宫颈CIN残留、复发有关,对高级别宫颈上皮内瘤变残留、复发有一定的预测价值。ki-67与宫颈病变组织学级别有关,但与疾病残留、复发无关。Objective To investigate the relationship between Stathmin- 1, P27, ki- 67 expression and cervical intraepithelial neoplasia residual/recurrent diseases. Methods Patients who were confirmed （;IN 2-CIN 3 and underwent cervical eonization from January 2010 to June 2013 recruited in this study. 36 cases who had residual/ recurrent diseases affte CKC consisted study group, 40 cases without residual/recurrent were as control group. Ex- pression of STMN- 1, P27 and ki - 67 were detected by immunohistochemieal method . Results In study group, STMN- 1 was positive in 30 cases （83.3%） but was 16 cases （40%） in control group （P〈0. 05）, P27 mostly ex- pressed in the cytoplasm and some expressed in nucleoplasm （P〈0.05）, 27 cases was P27 positive in the study group （75%）, while only 19 eases （47. 5%） positive in the control group, Ki- 67 positive expression rate was 78. 5% in CIN 2 and was 100% in CIN 3 （P〈0.05） and had no significant defference in the two groups （P〈 0. 05）. Conclusions STMN- 1 and P27 protein have relationship with residual / recurrent CIN lesions, and they can help to predict postoperative residual lesion and recurrence lesion and show their clinical values, ki - 67 is irrele- vant with eervieal intraepithelial neoplasia residual / recurrent diseases, but has relationship with the cervical lesions histological grade.
