摘 要:临床能力的评估在医师职称晋升中越来越受到重视。通过建立临床能力评价指标体系,制定考核办法,建立临床能力数字化平台完善医师临床能力的评估方式。增强了评价的客观性,且易于量化,便于推广。但也存在指标内容难确立,权重不易把握,以及数据集成方面的困难等。People pay more and more attention to the evaluation of clinical skills in the doctor job title promotion. The scientific and effective evaluation methods of clinical skills have been focused constantly in the hospital talent selection and promotion. This article reviews current status of clinical skills evaluation at home and abroad, then introduces the research situation in the af- filiated hospital of the military medical university. The evaluation method is consummated by three steps. They are the establishment of index system for clinical skills evaluation, the formulation of examine measures, the establishment of digitizing platform of clinical skills for high grade professional title doctors. Lastly, the objective discussion is made for this research.
