摘　　要：发生于颌面部的软组织软骨肉瘤极为罕见。本文报道1例左侧腮腺区高分化软骨肉瘤,并结合文献对该肿瘤的临床病理特征、诊断、治疗及预后进行探讨。Chondrosarcoma is extremely rare in maxillofacial soft tissue. A case diagnosed as well-differentiated chon- drosarcoma in the left parotid region was reported. The clinic pathological features, diagnosis, treatment, and prognosis were discussed with the literature review.
