摘 要:目的探讨肝弥漫性病变对三维超声单模态自动融合成功率及准确性的影响。方法采用基于肝血管树三维超声(3DUS)单模态自动融合技术分别对健康体检者、脂肪肝患者、肝硬化患者各10例进行右肝前叶三维超声容积图像自动融合,同时对所有受检者的三维超声图像进行质量评分,分析弥漫性肝病及图像质量对三维超声单模态自动融合技术的影响。结果对29三维超声容积图像进行自动融合,其中26对成功,成功率约89.7%(26/29);配准误差1.31mm(1.10~1.99mm);相对于健康体检者,脂肪肝和肝硬化患者图像融合成功率及准确性均有所下降,但差异无统计学意义(P=O.507,P=0.167);图像质量评分能够影响融合成功率,二者呈正相关(r=0.536,P=0.022)。结论三维超声单模态自动融合技术对弥漫性肝病患者三维超声图像融合具有很好的适用性,但图像质量会对自动融合成功率造成一定影响。Objective To explore how diffuse hepatic diseases affect on the success rate and registration accuracy of three-dimensional ultrasound (3DUS) automatic images fusion technology. Methods 3DUS volumetric images of right hepatic anterior segment were acquired from 30 volunteers including healthy (10 cases), fatty liver (10 cases) and cirrhosis (10 cases). 3DUS automatic registrations were performed based on hepatic vessel in each pair of images.Meanwhile, the picture qualities were scored in all 3DUS volumetric images. How diffuse hepatic disease and picture quality affect on 3DUS single-modality automatic images fusion technology were analyzed. Results Twenty-nine pairs of 3DUS volumetric images were performed automatic registrations, the success rate was about 89.7% (26/29) and registration error distance was 1.31 mm(1.10- 1.99 mm). Comparison to healthy controls, the success rate and accuracy of 3DUS image fusion decreased in fatty liver and cirrhosis, but there were no statistical differences ( P = 0.507, P = 0.167). Picture quality could affect the success rate,and there was positive correlation between them ( r = 0.536, P = 0.022). Conclusions 3DUS single-modality automatic images fusion technology has a good applicability in diffuse hepatic diseases, but picture quality can affect the success rate of this new technology.
