摘　　要：光动力疗法(photodynamic therapy,PDT)是一种利用光敏剂和光产生的光动力效应进行疾病诊断和治疗的新技术,已成为治疗渗出型年龄相关性黄斑变性的主要方法。近年来,随着科学技术的发展,光动力疗法联合治疗已成为研究的热点。本文即对PDT联合抗VEGF药物治疗渗出性年龄相关性黄斑变性的研究现状作一综述。Photodynamic therapy （ PDT ） is a new technique to diagnose and treat diseases with photodynamic effect produced by photosensitizer and light, and is now a main method of treating exudative age - related macular degeneration （ AMD ） . ln recent years, with the development of science and technology, combinations of PDT have become a research hot spot. ln this paper, we reviewed the research status of treatments on exudative AMD with PDT combined anti-VEGF drugs.
