摘　　要：开展军队院校教学质量保障体系建设是当前军队院校的重要工作之一.教学质量保障体系建设应遵循科学规范、以人为本和继承发展原则.军队院校教学质量保障体系由目标保障、资源保障、组织保障、过程保障、制度保障、效果保障6个系统组成,由教学质量决策、辅助决策、教学质量管理、教学过程控制、教学质量评估、教学质量信息组成闭环运行系统,当前迫切需要做好完善组织领导、做好顶层设计、完善制度标准、加强宣传教育、抓好工作落实这五项工作.It is one of the important tasks to construct teaching quality assurance system in military academy. To carry out teaching quality assurance system construction well, we must follow the principles of being scientific, being standard, being progressive and being people-oriented. Internal teaching quality assurance system consists of 6 parts. They are target assurance, resource assurance, organization assurance, process assurance, system assurance and effect assurance. Its running system consists of teaching quality decision-making, assistant decision-making, teaching quality management, teaching process control, teaching quality evaluation and teaching quality information system. Currently, it is of ultimate importance to enhance organization and leadership, to upgrade top-level design, to improve system and standard, to strengthen publicity and education and to implement tasks and requirements.
