摘　　要：高校教学督导制度是高校教学质量保障体系的重要组成部分,对加强教学管理、促进教学改革、提高教学质量起着重要作用。我国颁布实施的《教育督导条例》,为高校教学督导工作的改革与发展提供了政策和法律支持。根据《教育督导条例》的精神,结合教学督导工作实践现状和存在的主要问题,本文将高校教学督导制度的完善路径归纳为法律规章的健全、组织机构的革新、督导队伍的优化、督导理念的转变和督导方法的改进等五个方面,围绕这五个方面全面系统地提出当前高校教学督导工作改革的思路。Teaching supervision in university is an important part of teaching quality assurance system and plays an important role in teaching management,reform and quality improvement.The first Chinese education supervision law,Education Supervision Regulations provides policy and law support for teaching supervision reform and development.Based on the principles of the regulations and the current situation,the paths to perfect teaching supervision are proposed comprehensively and systematically,which include improving the laws and regulations,innovating organizations,optimizing the supervision team,changing the supervision conception and improving supervision method.
