摘  要:高中学业水平考试是新一轮高考综合改革的重点与难点。上海市和浙江省作为这次改革的试点省份,规划出不同的高中学业水平考试的改革路径。对两个试点方案文本分析的基础上,提出了高中学业水平考试改革的若干思考和展望。如:应针对学业水平考试的毕业和选拔双重功能,分别设计合格性和水平性两种不同类型的试卷;加快修订和完善各学科课程标准;研究各等第的"水平参照标准"和等第划定方法;开展试卷等值和题库建设,创造学生多次参加水平性考试的条件。High-school Achievement Testing is the key and difficult point of this new round of College Entrance Examination reform. Shanghai and Zhejiang Province,where pilot study has been carrying out,have formulated different plans to reform the current High-school Achievement Testing System. Based on a comparison and analysis of these two plans,this paper provides some reflections and prospects about the implementation of the reform of this testing system: first,two types of papers should be developed in order to serve the function of indicating the completion of high-school studies on one hand and students' scholastic achievement on the other; second,the curriculum standard of each subject should be further revised and improved; third,more research on the method of standard-referenced standard should be conducted and lastly,study on the construction of item bank and equating method should be sponsored so as to provide more testing dates and opportunities for students.
