摘　　要：介绍了企业中隐性知识的内涵,重点研究了战略联盟企业中获得隐性知识的障碍,进一步分析了克服这些障碍的方法,找到了有效传递隐性知识的途径,以促进合作企业之间隐性知识的转移。This paper describes the connotation of tacit knowledge in enterprise, focusing on studying the barriers of getting tacit knowledge among strategic alliance enterprises, and further analyzes the methods for overcoming these barriers,and finds out the paths for effectively transferring the tacit knowledge for promoting the transfer of the tacit knowledge among cooperative enterprises.
