摘　　要：目的分析子宫血管周上皮样细胞肿瘤的病理特征以明确诊断。方法收集8例子宫血管周上皮样细胞肿瘤患者的临床及病理资料,行巨检、镜检并采用免疫组化法检测HMB45、SMA等相关表型。结果大部分肿瘤细胞呈圆形和多角形上皮样,小部分呈梭形,胞质透明至淡嗜酸性,围绕血管生长,大部分病例的HMB45和SMA呈强阳性。结论子宫血管周上皮样细胞肿瘤的病理特征较独特,可据以诊断或与其他疾病相鉴别。Objective To investigate the morphological features, immunophenotypes of uterine perivascular epithe- lioid cell tumor （PEComa）, thus to make a definitive diagnosis. Method Eight cases of uterine PEComas were retro- spectively analyzed, and immunohistochemistry was applied to test HMB45, SMA. Result The tumor cells were mainly round or polygonal, with a small proportion of spindled ones, of which the cytoplasm was clear to slightly eosinophilic, and they displayed a perivsacular distribution. Most cases showed strong positivity for HMB45 and SMA. Conclusion The morphological features of PEComa may be included in the differential diagnosis.
