摘　　要：本文分析了大型医用设备配置管理存在的配置总量呈井喷式增长、配置结构布局不合理、总体利用效率低下及推动了卫生费用快速增长等问题,从强化政府宏观管理,制定科学配置规划;采取多种手段,完善相关政策;制定倾斜政策,改进设备配置公平性;探索大型设备配置测算新方法,加强对大型设备使用的监督力度;开展卫生技术评估,指导大型设备科学管理等5个方面提出了政策建议。Abstract： This article analyzed the problems existing in the allocation and management of large medical equipment including growth with blowout, unreasonable allocation and structure layout, low overall utilization efficiency and the rapid increase of health expenditure, and proposed policy suggestions from 5 aspects of strengthening government＇s macro-management to make scientific allocation plan, taking a variety of measures to improve related policies, making regional inclination to improve the equipment allocation fairness, developing new methods of assessing large equipment allocation to strengthen the supervision of utilization, and carrying on the health technology assessment to guide the scientific management of large equipments.
