摘　　要：本文对中药多糖成分质控问题进行了分析,对多糖的分离和纯化、结构确定、分子量及其分布和定量分析等方面的评价要点进行了综合。对中药多糖成分的质控体系的构成要素进行了讨论,为研究建立全面的中药及天然药多糖成分的质量标准提供参考。The current issues in the quality control of Chinese herbal medicines comprising polysaccharides were discussed in this paper. The influential aspects in the separation and purification, structural elucidation, mo- lecular mass and its distribution, and quantitative analysis of polysaccharides were also summarized. Some constitu- tional elements in constructing the quality control system for the polysaccharides in Chinese herbal medicines were proposed, aiming to form a rule of establishing quality standards for Chinese herbal medicines and natural products comprising polysaceharides.
