自制口腔护理液对长期卧床危重患者口腔护理效果的评价

摘　　要：目的探讨自制口腔护理液对长期卧床危重患者口腔护理效果的评价。方法选择2010年5月~2014年5月在本科住院的80例长期卧床危重患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,各40例。对照组实施口腔常规护理,观察组采用自制中药口腔护理液（金银花＋甘草煎剂）进行口腔护理,比较两组口腔护理前后的口腔感染及口臭发生率、菌斑指数、牙龈指数。结果观察组的口腔感染、口臭发生率显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。观察组的菌斑指数、牙龈指数显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论自制口腔护理液可有效降低长期卧床危重患者的口腔感染、口臭发生率,降低菌斑指数、牙龈指数,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the oral nursing effect of homemade oral care solution in bedridden critically ill patients. Methods 80 patients with bedridden critically ill in our hospital from May 2010 to May 2014 were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,40 cases in each group.Routine oral care was taken to the control group,homemade medicine oral care solution（honeysuckle ＋ licorice decoction） was taken to the observation group.The incidence of oral infections and bad breath,plaque index and gingival index in two groups was compared.Results The incidence of oral infections and bad breath in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,with significant difference（P〈0.05）.Plaque index and gingival index in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,with significant difference（P 0.05）. Conclusion Homemade oral care solution can effectively reduce the incidence of oral infections and bad breath,decrease the plaque index and gingival index,it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
