科技创新对江苏省高新技术产品出口竞争力影响分析

摘　　要：基于江苏省2003-2011年高新技术产品出口数据,运用因子分析法将江苏省高新技术产品出口竞争力分为绝对竞争力和相对竞争力,并从不同主体角度将科技创新细化为9个指标,接着利用灰色关联法实证其对高新技术产品出口竞争力的影响,进而得出科技创新与江苏省高新技术产品出口竞争力的关联度很高,其中消化吸收强度、地方财政科技拨款、科技基础设施数、专利申请数的影响相对较小,最后从企业、政府等角度提出相关建议。This paper divides export competitiveness of high - tech products in Jiangsu Province into absolute competitive- ness and relative competitiveness by Factor Analysis method based on the annual data of Jiangsu from 2003 to 2011. This paper subdivides scientific technological innovation into nine indicators from the angle of different subjects, analyzes the im- pact of them on export competitiveness of high - tech products by using Grey Relational Analysis. The empirical results in- dicate that there is a strong correlation between export competitiveness of high - tech products in Jiangsu Province and sci- entific technological innovation. The correlation between digestion and absorption intensity, local financial allocations on science and technology, the number of scientific and technological infrastructure, the number of patent applications and ex- port competitiveness of high - teeh products is relatively weak. Finally, it proposes some suggestions from the angle of en- terprise and the government.
