摘　　要：通过建立信任成本与企业成长关系模型并进行模型的推演分析研究,初步尝试得出在不同的企业成长阶段信任水平与企业控制权配置关系、信任结构与企业控制权配置关系,在不同的信任结构社会里信任结构对企业控制权的分布有明显影响等结论。Through establishing the model of relationship between trust cost and enterprise growth based on corporate growth, this paper respectively analyzes and draws three main conclusions respectively at the different stages of business growth： the relation between trust level and corporate control allocation; the relation between trust structure and corporate control allocation; trust structure has significant influence on corporate control allocation in the societies of different trust structures.
